Actually everything was wonderful, my next choice again in Fiumicino. I enjoyed the hotel, it was clean with courteous and understanding staff in my request.

We had an excellent time. We enjoyed staying in this gorgeoussmall hotel. The room was spacious and bright with a balcony, the staff was welcoming. The service was nice! Could use their convenient parking. The location for Fiumicino was marvellous, right by the beach and the Fiumicino airport. Local fast food option Paninoteca Giorgio Giorgis was 5 minutes walk away.

We booked cheap and airy room with air con, a nice patio, air-conditioning. The breakfast was satisfactory, they offered croissants and cookies.

I did not want to leave there, so can recommend this hotel. The property was lovely small with excellent staff in my request.

This small beachfront hotel offers tastefully decorated rooms with balconies overlooking the sea. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the area of Fiumicino provides nice walks by the water and plenty of restaurant options. The hotel is quiet at night, ensuring a good night's sleep.

There's only taxis to the airport, no public transport.

We had a fantastic Easter stay at this hotel! The comfortable room and bed made for a great night's sleep. The shower was spacious, and the breakfast was simply delightful. Fresh fruit and amazing coffee were the highlights of our mornings. The location, right across from the beach, was perfect. We loved being able to stroll along the shore and take in the beautiful views. Additionally, the hotel's helpful staff went above and beyond to assist us. One member even drove us to the airport and patiently waited while we dealt with a flight issue. It truly exceeded our expectations!

Although our overall experience was wonderful, there were a few minor drawbacks. The bed was on the firm side, which wasn't the most comfortable for us.

We had a wonderful stay at a hotel in a great beach area. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious with freshly scrambled eggs, lovely cheeses, and fruits. We also enjoyed exploring the nearby fruit market for the best peaches ever. The hotel's location was perfect for us, with easy access to fabulous seafood restaurants and a nearby supermarket for delicious take-out pizza. The cleanliness of the hotel and the large oceanfront deck with comfortable seating made our stay even better. we highly recommend this hotel for a great getaway experience.

Everything. Hotel clerk recommended restaurant right around the corner. Fantastic authentic italian food. The restaurant was full of locals. Need a reservation. It was packed. Airport shuttle was only 18 EU. 15 min ride to Rome airport. Great place to stay on beach rather than a "canned" hotel by the airport. Reasonable price. 99 EU

The hotel was clean, the rooms where spotless with amazing views. The breakfast was good with great toast, pastries, yogurt, eggs and cheese.
